SIGE is only 10 kilometers from the airport. It's a 15 minute taxi ride or you can take the bus which is about a 30 minute ride. The bus, the EA line, leaves every 20 minutes and there is a bus stop on the street Luis de Morales, where SIGE is located.
SIGE is a 20 minute walk from the two main train stations in Sevilla; Santa Justa and San Bernardo. From the stations you can also take the C1 or C2 bus lines to the street Luis de Morales, where SIGE is located.
There are different bus lines you can use, C1, C2, 5, 32, 28... all just 1 minute from SIGE.
The metro station is just about 50 meters from SIGE. Get off at the Nervión stop. When you leave the station take the exit to the right and when you come out of the station, turn right again and it's on the corner of the streets Luis de Morales and Eduardo Dato.
Sevilla has 160 kilometers of bike lanes and a public bike rental service called Sevici. There is a bike station, number 108, on the corner of the streets Eduardo Dato and San Francisco Javier which is just 100 meters from SIGE.
SIGE is in Nervión which is part of the city center. It's only a 15 minutes walk to the old quarters of Sevilla.
